Rocky Goodwin has been a licensed Nebraska Real Estate agent for over 15 years and a licensed broker for 13 years. Rocky is an Associate Broker with NP Dodge Company, and is a member of the National Association of Realtors. Rockland Homes, Inc. is a member of the Metro Omaha Builders Association, Nebraska State Home Builders Association, and the National Association of Home Builders. Rocky serves on the board of directors of MOBA and has served as President for 2007. In addition he serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Home Builders. Rocky handles all of the design, specification and marketing with our company. He has past expertise in sales and marketing of building materials and related products providing over 30 years total experience in the home building industry. His knowledge of the industry, design and market trends is an asset to you in the design and purchase of your new custom home.
